Lagos is considered the sixth largest city and one of the most rapidly urbanising metropolitan areas in the world. The Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA) was created to coordinate transport policies, programmes and actions of all agencies at different tiers of government.

LAMATA approached HKLM to refresh their brand. We conducted in-depth insight analysis in order to refine the brand positioning and brand architecture. We then evolved the brand identity and visual language across print, digital and the built environment, which led to the creation of detailed brand and identity guidelines.
